CSWP - Regenerating Communities

Playgroup have created new identity for Central Vision, the new web-based TV channel for the West Midlands. 

The Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Partnership (CSWP) is using digital on-line broadcasting as one initiative to explore new ways of supporting local employers and communities. Part funded by ERDF (European Regional Development Fund), the project, called e-factor, is centred on a web-based television service called Central Vision.

Central Vision allows local businesses to provide informative profiles and stories about their products and services to the local community. As well as advertising, the channel will offer a wide range of community programming, including news, information and entertainment produced locally and about the local area. CSWP will work with two private sector partners, Sony UK and Rawflow to deliver the service.

Playgroup has developed an identity for the e-factor project and also the channel Central Vision.  The Central Vision logo has a modern and dynamic feel; the logo form was developed from looking at the three geographical areas that the channel covers. Application of the logos and full brand guidelines are also in development.
