Brief

Every event is treated as a new opportunity to engage the internal audience. The events calendar kicks off with the Senior Leadership Meeting where Unilever’s annual corporate strategy is agreed. This messaging needs to be cascaded down by division, function and brand throughout the following year in an appropriate manner.

Solution

We always aim to surprise, create energy and ensure that any event and its messaging is memorable. We look at ways to stimulate interaction and networking as well as active contribution to the event - formulating strategy should be collaborative, not a one way process.

We create a unique identity for each event. This is applied to every touch point, from the registration website, to printed collateral, to site decoration and the stage set. More experiential events to engage the senses have included video, sound, smells and even taste!

Results

Feedback is always positive, from both our direct clients and the event attendees. We create enjoyable, collaborative events which fulfill the brief every time and we keep raising the bar to keep expectations high.
