It's been while since I've blogged. Probably because of my guilt in not updating you on my experience of the Weight Watchers web site.
I think its the Heineken ads that use the line "Get the head right, and the rest will follow". Well, I didn't get the first part right and I just couldn't stick to it.
The web site is brilliant, there's really nothing more they could do to help you lose weight. It's well designed, very usable, its got a vibrant community of contributors but the bottom line is weight loss occurs in the head first – if your attitude's not right you have no chance.
The good thing is that you only fail when you've given up – and I haven't yet. After some time off next week I think I might give it another go!
